Qscan Group has today announced the completion of an agreement to purchase Envision Medical Imaging, Perth’s largest privately owned medical imaging clinic.
Envision, a highly reputable West Australian imaging provider comprises a large full-service radiology clinic in Wembley (opposite St John of God Hospital, Subiaco) and a satellite dental imaging clinic in Booragoon.
The acquisition of the Envision clinics brings Qscan’s Australian clinic footprint to 81 sites supported by over 130 doctors. Qscan has two existing clinics in Perth including a clinic in Rockingham and a newly opened practice in Midland.
