Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you will need a referral from your referring practitioner in order for us to provide you with imaging services.

If you request a DEXA Body Composition Scan a referral is not required.

Envision Medical Imaging accepts all referrals.

If you are having some trouble uploading your referral, that’s alright as we’ll be contacting you to confirm the details on your referral. Please remember to bring your referral on the day of your scan.

Our online appointment request form is available 24 hours a day. If the request is sent through outside Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm (EST), we will contact you on the next business day (with the exception of public holidays).

Yes, walk-in X-rays are welcome. However patients with an appointment will take priority.

All referrals are accepted.
