About
Dr May Lam is an Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist at Envision Medical Imaging. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Science with honours from the University of Western Australia in 2011.
Upon graduation, she worked in private practice and was invited to teach undergraduate and DMD students as a Clinical Tutor at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia (OHCWA). She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS) and completed her three-year Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Queensland in 2021.
Other positions
- May is a Senior Lecturer at the UWA Dental School and has been invited to lecture at The University of Sydney
- She is currently Secretary of the Australian Academy of Dento-Maxillofacial Radiology (AADMFR) and is the Candidate Advisor for the RACDS WA regional committee
- May has published in and is also a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals. She is a co-author of the ADA s Practical Guide to Dental Radiology (2019)
